Undercast in North Carolina. a view from one of the many balds. a bald being a mountain with a meadow top.
Descending from a mountain in NY. Seeing the river and the distant towns through the haze was surprisingly pretty.
This is from a photo I took while I was on the Appalachian Train in the 100 mile wilderness in Maine. Early October in Maine is beautiful and it was nice to find a stream with beautiful foliage and cool water todrink from.
so I dont have a editing program to run my photos through anymore. these next few are going to be a bit rough but I think you will get a good idea about what is going on in the paintings.

I am always captivated by all the colors of the out doors. I was exceptionally impressed with the colors and layers from the view East off the top of Mount Eisenhower.
